Hanging weight: On average, a quarter weighs around 200 pounds.
Custom processing: You’ll have the ability to choose your portion, packaging, and cut thickness.

Beef is sold at market price by hanging weight, so exact costs vary.
For reference, recent quarters averaged $1,200 per quarter (including processing).
A $100 deposit per quarter is required to reserve your portion. Deposits are non‑refundable if canceled.
